Cash on Delivery (COD) অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা হয়।

নিম্নলিখিত শর্তসমূহ প্রযোজ্য:
1) গ্রাহক ফোন কল রিসিভ না করলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
2) ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা প্রদান করলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
3) Ghorbari Gadget যে কোন প্রয়োজনে যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে।
4) প্রোডাক্ট রাইডারের সামনে দেখে চেক করে নিতে হবে। চেক করে নেয়ার পর কোন সমস্যা হলে আমরা প্রোডাক্ট চেঞ্জ করে দিতে পারি কিন্তু কোন রকম টাকা ফেরত (রিফান্ড) করা যাবে না।

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require confirmation through phone calls.

The following terms apply:
1) Orders may be canceled if the customer does not respond to confirmation calls.
2) Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be canceled.
3) Ghorbari Gadget reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
4) The product must be checked in front of the delivery rider. If any issue is found after checking, we will provide a product replacement. However, no cash refund will be applicable.
